I didn't see "Polite".

The guide was written by Bruce Bartlett of Bartlett Audio who has written several books on audio:

Bathroom sounds = resonances at mid-bass frequencies
Sounds about right although fortunately I've never heard my speakers produce sounds like that. -

Synonym -- most of John Lennon's recorded vocals post-Beatles. And, no, I am not being snarky. His solo recordings' vocals usually sounded like they were made in a bathroom... a particularly echo-y one at that.
Here's another guide to audio jargon (albeit of a somewhat different kind) that's also pretty handy.
... and, Stereophile has done a few, too (bless their hearts).
These may be of interest, e.g.

Strange that "polite" wasn't on the list. -
But it's on the Stereophile one! Boom!

Drew as a professional bird watcher:
"While sitting in the park, I observed a Spatula Cyanoptera nesting on a polite morning. Its oral symphony told a heartfelt story about life. As I listened to her vocalizations and the resonance of its body, I heard joy, pain, success, defeat, beauty, and serenity."
-
Bird watchers are **** weird.
-
I remember when Harry Pearson (founder of The Absolute Sound) described an amplifier as having a "butterscotch" quality to the sound.
-
Conrad Johnson^.

-
Any time I hear Conrad-anything, I always think it's this Conrad. It's always this Conrad.
And have you guys ever noticed how Mork looks just like Robin Williams?I disabled signatures. -
I can shorten all of that into two descriptions, sounds good or sounds like crap.Political Correctness'.........defined
"A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a t-u-r-d by the clean end."

You've apparently never spent much time listening to the Klipsch "Heritage" loudspeakers.
They do honk -- and shriek.
-
To be more accurate, I’ve spent no time whatsoever with Klipsch “Heritage.”😉Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.-John Wooden
