PSW650 takes 5 min to shut off in auto. Normal?

Want to thank SeleniumFalkon for the schematics. Ok found out that the JRC 072d ic was the problem for not shutting down in auto, not bleeding off voltage when turned off.
Now it turns off, but takes about 5 min to do so. Is this normal?
