PSW10 No output, but powers on

Recently bought a PSW10 and the subwoofer itself is fine. I can hear the amp turn on ( muffled pop) when it powers on. I have no audio output though, either high level or low level inputs. Upon inspection, i noticed that the phase switch is obviously damaged. Could that prevent any output? I have the schematic but an unsure of which switch it is on the layout

i should be able to bypass the switch by shorting pin 2 to either 1 or 3 and see if thats the only issue

i bypassed the phase switch and voila' it now works, but after using it for several weeks it has now developed a hum when powered on. Just going to order a new amp and call it a day
