How about these? about 525.00 to start. Maybe they would take a lot less.
I saw a pair of these in a Pawn shop 10+ years ago I believe. They wanted 370.00 and were firm because they just put them out. The ones I saw were in great shape. I bought my huge NAD Receiver from there that day.
I only had so much money to spend.

Right. Cobalt, Chorus, and Chora are the entry lines for Focal. Good home theater speakers but not really budget level. I have a front set of Chora and they're pretty equivalent to the Polk Reserve line in performance but with nicer finishes on the cabinets. The Aria and Aria K2 are in the ballpark of the Polk Legend lineup. Electra would be above but I don't think that line is available anymore. Focal seems to have split that line into Kanta and Sopra with Sopra being closer to the intent of the old Electra performance in my view.
