I just received my new subwoofer and it powers up but no sound. I have tried RCA cable and speaker level setup as well. Speaker level power up the speakers fine, but still no sound from the subwoofer. I hate to return it because it's heavy and don't have time as well. I was too excited about it, but now I have to deal with the issue. Any idea how to fix it?

Remove the woofer and make sure they plugged it in- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

I did that and still no sound. I also touched the end of the cable where I plug into the AVR, just to make sure if I am going to hear feedback from the sub. still no sound. I believe the sub is dead on arrival, I didn't even get to hear how it sound. -
I would call your dealer or Polk customer service they will most likely swap it- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

Post a photo of what the volume and crossover knobs on the back of the sub are set at.

Volume is 50% and crossover is 160Hz -
Definitely sounds like it's DOA. Can you get the place you bought it from to swap it out?
