MAGNIFI MAX SR sound stops working once a day

My MAGNIFI MAX SR sound stops working once a day. I have to unplug it completely to get sound back. Anyone have this issue and know how to fix it?

I would recommend calling 1-800-377-7655 keep in mind call volume will be high.
