Just got the react and it’s all hooked up with HDMI-ARC. No complaints from unit.
My remote that was included however is not working at all. I can’t change sound modes from the Alexa app on my phone either (i.e. night mode, sport mode, etc).
Help?

I believe there is a small paper covering on the battery that has to be removed.
