Crackling surround sound

Horrible noises coming from the surround speakers, crackling, static, popping. Bought it about three days ago didn’t have any issues until I connected it to my router and updated it, version 136 and I’m seeing people say they’ve had issues since 85?

In quite a few instances the crackling sound is caused by interference from your router. Sometimes moving the router a few feet away from the soundbar is all that's needed. If you're still having problems contact Polk at 1-800-377-7655 and follow the prompts to soundbar help.
