INPUTS not working with ALEXA

I have the Polk Audio Alexa Command Bar since October of 2020. Since the day I got it I have had to restart Alexa every couple of days which is a pain but whatever. In the last week or so Alexa is no longer able to change inputs. All other controls work like volumes and sound modes. Inputs will change with remote however when I says Alexa swith to Optical the response is " HMM I can't switch to that input to see supported input go to the devices settings menu." Any ideas on how to resolve this?

    I wish I knew more about how Alexa works, my best recommendation would be to contact Polk on Monday at: 1-800-377-7655 and follow prompts for soundbar related help.
