Sound bar not responding to remote control

Hi all, we have a Polk DSB3 wireless rears, they have worked fine for a couple of years now but for some reason the unit does not respond to button pushes from remote controls, neither the Polk remote or the paired Dish remote. This issue started happening a couple of days ago, any suggestions?
