MagniFi Max won't connect to wifi and won't reset

I have a MagniFi Max that I have connected to my TV via HDMI. I also use the Chromecast feature to listen to audio. Recently, I started having issues casting music to it. Typically, I would disconnect it and reconnect it and it would solve it but that stopped working. I decided to do a reset by holding the WiFi reset button until I hear the chimes. I was not able to reconnect it to the Google Home app. I would get the dreaded could not connect error. I tried resetting again but that isn't working anymore, I can hold it for over a minute and never hear a chime. The WiFi light isn't lit up. I also cannot listen to sound from my TV through HDMI, the power button or source button are non responsive. Short version, the electronic board appears to be fried. I'm a few months outside of my warranty so Polk doesn't seem to want to replace the unit. I looked for a repair center in my area (VT) without luck.
Is this model of soundbar repairable? Can the parts be obtained by a general customer? If not, any tips on finding a repair center?
Thanks!

I'll forward this to a friend at Polk, I'm sure he'll help.

Any luck with your friend at Polk? Part of the reason why I'm asking about the repairability is that my credit card extended warranty requires a repair quote if the item is repairable.
