I keep getting No Speaker Detected" - A master surround speaker is needed to set up rear surrounds. I re-installed SB1 Plus sound bar and Omni S2 rears. How can I fix this? Polk tech support didn't help

Installed a new TCL 55" TV on wall, went to put on my Polk soundbar - speakers are wired -but UNABLE to obtain any sound audio through the speakers. Anyone have suggestions ? TCL rep says the TV is soundbar compatible.
