Why does my signa s2 have trouble pairing to my phone?

I've had this signa s2 for about a year and have used it off and on with nothing but Bluetooth, pairing only to my phone. Now it will pair for the first 15 seconds then acts like paired to another device and my phones says failed to connect. Anything I can try?
