PSW111 ground sound randomly

Hello, I got a PSW111 since 2012 now and it was running great. I had to order a new board for the heartbeat issue and it fixed it back in 2016. Though, now my issue is different; sometimes, I got like a ground noice, a "grrrdd". Sometimes, with a loud sound, the ground sound stays until I stop the subwoofer and put it again to auto. I wonder if it's fixable or I should go for a new one. I would gladly prefer pay for the reparation than purchasing a new one as the PSW111 fits my needs. Thanks!

    After a few tries, it appears only when the sound is loud enough. It's like a distortion sound when it's loud.

    My guess is either your amp is sending a distorted signal or your cable is bad. (Likely the amp if it doesn't have enough power.) Try connecting to another receiver/amp or order a different cable.

    If you had a constant hum I'd recommend using a three-prong to two-prong adapter or just pull the ground pin out.
