magnifi max does not match sr2 rear

I have a new Magnifi max rig and SR2 rear speakers, I have tried a thousand times but the sr2s won't connect to the soundbar, the subwoofer connects smoothly, but I can't get the rear speakers paired. is there any trick, something i can fix?

This is the second sound bar that Kim Jasper kindly sent me, I am located in Spain, the technical service in Spain tells me to bring all the equipment because it is surely damaged, it is a new equipment and it is damaged, -

Kim has behaved very well and has done everything possible to solve the issue, but in the end there was no satisfactory solution, it is a problem that the factory would have to review.

I retract my previous message, Polk and Kim have satisfactorily solved my problem, I can only say that the customer service department is excellent, the best I have seen in my life, if in the USA the customer service is so Well, those of you who are from there are very lucky, because in Europe there is not such excellent customer service.

my sr2 surround speakers are not connecting with my original Magnifi Max system

I believe the SR2 match with the React and MiniMax AX soundbars, you would need the SR1 surround speakers.
