Galaxy Quest:
Silly, stupid movie that knows how to make fun of itself.
The Triplets of Belleville:
Great style, creative story. Audio is not too busy, but what you do hear sounds GREAT.
To End all Wars:
This is just a great movie.
Wit:
With a tiny cast, this movie is big on acting. Emma Thompson does an amazing job.
Children of Heaven:
This is a subtitle movie (unless you speak Farsi), but it is worth it. A beautiful story and very, very well acted.
Rabbit Proof Fence:
This is a great movie based on true events. What I really liked about it was that it wasn't Hollywood-ized and over dramatized. The movie seems to stick to the basic events that happened.
Whalerider:
This one is on my top 5 list. I forget I am watching a movie and I feel like I am right there. The acting is amazing and the soundtrack isn't bad either:) -
"In The Mood For Love" - the only Wong Kar-wai I understood. I think.
"Starlight Hotel" - excellent little movie from New Zealand.
"Local Hero" - great movie with a great soundtrack from Mark Knopfler.
"Hero At Large" - one of my favorite John Ritter films.
"A Better Tomorrow" - John Woo's signature film with Chow Yun-fat.

As far as good movies I have seen but other may not, a coupel already mentioned: UHF and Strange Brew
Some ones not mentioned:
Sniper -- This one is a true story, Tom Berenger and Billy Zane, excellent flick! Go rent it!
The Professional -- Stars a very young Natalie Portman and Jean Reno, Gary Oldman and Danny Aiello. It's about a hitman but the plot gets incredibly twisted and the book is even more twisted! It had me rivited the first time I saw it.
Speed Zone -- Basically, the 3rd movie and probably the best movie of the Cannonball Run series. All I have to say is they skip a Lamborghini across a lake! Rent it if you can find it!
Ski Patrol -- an insane and silly little movie that is totally quirky. The acting is bad but there are hot chicks and the visual gags are the best part of the movie!
One Crazy Summer -- John Cusack, Demi Moore, Bobcat Goldthwait and even Booger! (Curtis Armstrong). It's a typical underdog, good guy beats the bad guy routine but it's the little side stories in the movie that make it so good! That and it's Demi Moore when she wasn't so freaking arrogant! Worth the time to find and rent, hell, even buy it!
That's all for now.Expert Moron Extraordinaire

I thought Fallen Angels was pretty easy to understand, also my favorite. Is his new movie out yet? 2046 or something like that. I'm a bit of a WKW fan. -
