What is your noise floor level?

I just discovered that I have a "relatively" low noise floor.

Both during the day and during the night....especially at night.

There is about a 10Db drop off at night with the HVAC not running (which is NEVER the case....HVAC not running).

What are your SPL levels?

If it wasn't for them damn crickets farting at 100 yards away it'd be pretty quiet here.

If you are referring to room noise than mine is very quite at night. During the day you got the typical Lawn mower going, loud cars driving by the house etc.

If you are referring to the electrical Noise floor, I'm not sure I never measured it. But I must have had some noise in my dedicated line to my system as I recently installed a new surge protector and noticed a lower noise level, actually I think I eliminated it as my subs and system plays louder at the same volume level as before.
