Polk Omni SB1+, Aux port messing up

I recently had issues with my Polk Omni soundbar, and got it replaced under warranty June 2021. However, the new soundbar is having issues with the Aux port (which is used to connect via bluetooth). The laptop connects to the soundbar without issue, but the sound is not present. When I press firmly on the connection at the aux port (to the bluetooth adapter), the sound comes back for 10-15 minutes before it cuts out again. This occurs consistently, and still occurs if I try to use a 3.5mm cable from the aux port to the input of the laptop.

Anyone have experience with this problem?
