Which Monitor 7 version do I have?

They have the Peerless tweeters.

Are they 7a, b or just plain 7 like the serial sticker says?

    Front picture would be helpful.
Looks like the fuse holder has been replaced.

I'm going with 7A since it appears yours have the surround gaskets and no Velcro to hold the grill.

Yup the grill is held with four pegs and the grill has holes.

Check this post and it's photos. Could be 7B's. I have two sets of 7B's with Peerless and one fuse.

I have to concur looking and reading the thread. I also noticed that those in that thread also had gold plated fuse holders. I've never seen those on Polk's from the factory. Interesting that both are monitor 7's. I wonder if only the sevens came with the gold plated fuse holder?

Those are 7B's. My 7B's are 19723 and 19726 and have the same sticker on the XO that just says "7" and my drivers and front of speaker enclosure look the same as yours and my fuse holder is naked brass like yours. So we both have early 7B's. Mine were purchased in Sep 1979.

Yeah it seems to me that back in the 70s naked un-plated brass was pretty common for electrical connections. At some point they started plating with nickel (I believe) so that tarnishing isn't a problem. Brass has a higher electrical conductivity than nickel though so if you polish/clean them you are better off.
