Polk Audio Command Bar: doesn't allow TuneIn?

Hi all,
I've had the Polk Audio Command Bar for about 12 months and I've connected it to my alexa account and TuneIn account.
However, when I say "Alexa, please play <XYZ> radio station" it keeps saying that TuneIn is not available at the moment. It has been saying this since Day 1. All my other Alexa devices are fine with playing radio stations on TuneIn.
Is there a workaround for this problem, or is Polk just not compatible with TuneIn?
