This is a new account I created to ask this question. I cannot get into my old account which I have had for about 15 or 20 years. I changed the password. I still cannot get in. How can I get in?

It says you only had 15 posts under that user name and that Polk is waiting for email confirmation (verification) from you. So, check your emails back from March 3 on for one from Polk or Sound United. If you changed your email addy since then it would be easier to continue using your current user name.
