Magnifi2 turns volume up

Connected new (replacement) Magnify2 to Panasonic TV. With the HDMI ARC connection. Volume turns itself up after a couple of minutes, and repeat (I can turn the volume down, but impossible to live with a soundbar that goes full blast repeatedly). Any ideas ?
