First off, I don't know the answer to this one. But, I am curious. I looked at the parts list for the 7B and the 7C and all the components are identical. This got me thinking. Does anybody know the difference between the Monitor 7B and the Monitor 7C?

I'm just curious. How can two different model speakers have identical replacement parts?

I'm surprised no body responded to this.....

I don't know the answer either, but I'd guess that they use different cabinets.

Take, for example, the LSi15 & the LSiC. They use the same drivers. (probably different x-over, though) So, parts would be the same, but obviosly a different speaker in every regard.

Ony diff i know is from the orig, the xovr was fused on the outside and the b adn c were fused on the inside..I think they made a minor improvemnt on the x over from the b to the c and upgraded the tweets, i think.
