No volume ,connected optical to Humax or Bluetooth to iPad ,no volume response on either.Would appreciate help in the most simple form(not super "techy" Thanks

Thanks for the model number, I went over the owner's manual and while there's a lot of information given it seems fairly straight forward. You might want to try using an HDMI cable from the Humax to the Polk and make sure the Polk is set to the correct input. There is an audio section in the Humax's setup and make sure it is set to Dolby 5.1 digital and any volume level adjustments are set at 50% or slightly higher (you can always readjust it after you get things working).
To see of the Polk is working you could plug some other device, such as a smart phone using the 3.5mm analogue connection (that's the one cable not supplied by Polk) from an ear bud connection on the phone. I hope this helps. -

I lost my remote for my Signa Solo sound bar, can I adjust the Bass, with out the remote.

I don't believe that's possible, except by moving the subwoofer closer or further away from walls and corners (which work to reflect bass waves). You should be able to order a replacement remote from Polk at: 1-800-377-7655.

Solo Signa all LEDs work, no sound did all reset procedures and tried other sources, I bought 2 originally really like the sound quality please help
