I have a Panasonic sx 205 receiver. I need to know if it has an internal pre amp.

I need to know if it has an internal pre amp. The receiver and turntable have been is storage for @ 5 years. When I play a record, the sound is VERY faint. If the receiver has a pre amp then I probably have a bad cartridge or needle.
