Polk M2 Series II Disassembly

After many many years of use of my Polk M3 Series II Monitors, one of my speakers developed a bit of distortion when certain (mid-range) sounds are played. I did some testing and determined the woofer was the cause of the distortion (simplying dampening the woofer with my finger on the edge of the woofer would clear up the distortion).

Since I like the M3 so much aesthically, I want to repair the speaker, however, for the life of me I can't seem to get the M3 speaker apart. I took out the 4 screws on the face of the speaker and expected the speaker face to come off - but no. I tried prying apart lightly on the speaker face and the sides/back but its so firmly put together I don't want to break it.

Please advise me on how to disassemble this speaker so I can put the new woofer in (without destroying it)!

Scott.
