Well, I have been seeing doctors since my heart attack and my ejection fraction is still at 30 to 35 percent. Now they want to implant a defibrillator, not so sure about it. Anyone else ever had this done?

I can't speak for myself but my brother had one put in about 6 months ago & he said there have been no side effects. He said he feels really good & it gives me a little piece of mind that if's ever called on it would do it's job.
A good friend of mine has had his for about 2 years now & pretty much has said the same thing.
Good luck to you on your decision! When it comes to the heart, nothing is easy. I know from 1st hand experience.

Since we don’t know where we are going we have to stick together in case someone gets there….Ken Kesey

As far as I know it’s just exercising, been getting enough of that lately. Issues with insurance before, now not so much, I think.

    Thanks

I highly recommend cardiac rehab. I did this after my first heart attack. It was a great way to get everything safely moving along under a controlled environment. Having said that,I didn’t do it for my second,I did however rehab at home. Keep truckin!
