Have a polk command bar remote doesn't work at all after changing battery's

I've done a factory reset on the command bar no luck. Anything else I can try

    I've also tried ir learning mode but no results

    change my battery in the Polk remote Soundsystem controller and now it doesn’t work. It worked for a while, but now it doesn’t work.

    Not saying this is your particular issue, but take a serious look at the connector points where the batteries make contact. There may be acid, debris or oxidation that blocks the voltage that operates it.
