I believe this is what I have since they have the dark wood and cloth wrap around grills. Would like advise on restoring these. Are mine able to implement the TL mod to incorporate the RDO-198 tweeters? Thanks

If you have the ones with the wood caps (top and bottom) and cloth wrap around grills with cloth wrapped sides, they're not the studio version. If they have the pin/blade interconnect cable rather than the blade/blade, then they can be TL modded with the RD0198 tweeters.
Get some input from others around here that have modded countless pairs - @westmassguy or @VR3. -
The CRS+ SL3000 modification also applies to your 2Bs:

If you have cloth on front and both sides they are 2b. I had a pair with the blade/blade interconnect but they were the single board crossovers that can be tl’d.2 Channel

If you have a slab wood top, wrap around grill, single tweeter, with a blade/blade interconnect, your model is a transitional 2B. Polk used up the leftover parts when transitioning from one generation to the next.Home Theater/2 Channel:
