Polk DSW3000 Micropro Can't Power On

Hi,

I found the fuse and can't tell if it has blown. It looks like a 6.3 AL 250 v fuse. Do i need a fast blow or slow-blow fuse? Would ceramic work?

If not a fuse - what else could be problem?
