Are those the capacitors that say Mccormack on them?

No, the DNA caps are Nichicon black and silver covering. The McCormack caps are probably input coupling caps.

lol! I must decline! Got a garage to build!

You will need a new system in the garage.

Absolutely! Already got a DNA125, not being used, and a lot of other pieces! It'll be fun to plan for the system once we get going on the interior! And, I'll be looking for lots of help!

Yep, each power transistor has its own cap feeding it juice IIRC.

@Gerres26 actually not a joke, although it's more of a 'want' than a 'need'. I need to check my rack space first if that's okay. I currently have a DNA-125, so need to consider configuration. I will let you know one way or the other tomorrow if that's okay.

No worries, you’re first in line so just let me know either way.

These don't come up for sale very often, so had to jump on it.

And they are quality amps. I have DNA 500 which replaced Parasound A21, and am not looking to change anytime soon. They are, however, heavy as hell :)

    Enjoy!

Received from @Gerres26 Danny in excellent shape. Double-boxed...OEM packaging...what more could someone ask.

I have not connected it yet. Full disclosure: I have a Salamander Archetype 5 in-transit, so want to swap everything at once.

Yes, I've had a DNA-125 in the stable for quite awhile. I will be doing a direct comparison of the 125 to the 225 at some point in the near future.

  • Two "self" presents for a Christmas in November. I like.
