Any opinions with buying these for my first Polk Theatre?

I've been researching a living room theatre system and have decided on this set up. Not a large living room, and looking for some decent sound.

I'd say you'll have a great system to enjoy your movies with.
Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them. -

That is similar to my first HT (though slightly better), and it did not take long at all for the upgrade bug to bite. Depending on your personality, you might be happy for many years OR you might become quickly unsatisfied. Know thyself and all...
For HT applications, the center and sub are the most vital. That is a solid sub, but I am curious how much it’s going to cost. If it’s close to $500, SVS or HSU offer a much better value. As for the center, that was the first one I owned, and it’s pretty much the worst center channel I have ever owned. Very bright sounding, not much bass. When I upgraded to the CSi3, that was much better. I would try to find at least a CS2, but would recommend moving up the chain to the rti or signature series if possible. And I agree that RTi for surrounds is an odd choice. I had Polk Monitor 60 Series before I bought some S55's. I also has a CS1 and it was bad. I upgraded to a CS2 and yes it was an improvement.
