Magnifi Max unresponsive

The past few days in the morning, the sound bar is unresponsive. It will show three lights with a red status light. The remote wont change anything or using the buttons on the sound bar. I have to unplug it and plug it back it, then it works fine for the rest of the day. However, the next morning it is unresponsive again. Any ideas?
