DSB3 rear speakers cannot adjust volume

I have the DSB1/2/3 sound system. Soundbar connected to optical. All was working fine until recently, volume on rear speakers very faint. Remote does not increase rear speaker volume, indicator on soundbar does not appear. Main volume works fine.
