Polk Hampden desktop speakers suddenly stopped working???

I have a pair of Polk Hampden desktop speakers which I love, but stopped working when I moved from my bedroom to home office (USA). No sound now... they power on, pair with my phone... but no audio plays. None from the USB cable to my computer, none from the AUX jack either... nothing. I have emailed the Polk customer support with auto responses that I have a case number but no replies. Been over a month. Never dropped, tried multiple outlets, tested the AC power supply and it puts out the correct power... how can I bring these back to life???
