Magnifi Max Sound stops

Magnifi Max has been working well for over a year. Cable box routed to HDMI input, and HDMI out to TV. All of a sudden, it has started losing sound every few min, almost like it is muting itself. I can hear faint sounds in sub. Green light on soundbar still present, not the white when actually muted. When I hit volume up or down, sound returns until it recurs. I've reset the soundbar. Is this an impending failure?

Three months and no response about your problem. Honestly, Polk seems to have rolled into the fetal position when it comes to supporting their products. Three times with Polk for me; first, last and never again.
