So as many of you know, on June 10th, our basement flooded and we had to recover from that.
Since the 10th of June and this:

We have made a bit of progress and today, this is where the theater is at (ignore the grill cloth on the sides, it is temporary for a movie day my wife is having with her best friend tomorrow...I am building fabric covered frames to go around the screen)...

Oh, Listen here mister. We got no way of understandin' this world. But we got as much sense of this bird flyin in the sky. Now there is a lot that bird don't know, but it don't change the fact that the world is happening to him all the same. Thanks guys. I have to be honest, when the basement flooded in June, I wanted to just light it all on fire.

At that point, it was nearly 5 years of work between Russ and I and he had just finished up the stage and risers during his work furlough. Watching the water mitigation guys rip out all of his and I's work was heart-breaking.

But I put my head down and went to work once the insurance company signed off on the water folks saying it was a dry basement once more.
Unfortunately, since June, all Russ has done is drink my beer and farted in my new theater chairs. Damnit, Russ.

Yep. It's had its series of ups and downs. But it's certainly paid off the past couple of months. I did the rough stuff and Ryan put the pretty on it.
