Polk R40 - RD0515-1/2 driver issue

Hello all. I bought a set of Polk Audio R40 tower speakers. 2 drivers didn't work in them. These speakers look like they are brand new, so I was surprised. One will work for 3 to 10 seconds if you tap the speaker enough to move it about 1/8 inch. Maybe a short somewhere in the coil past the speaker wires that go through the paper speaker itself under the dust cover. The other one doesn't work at all. Like I said the speakers look completely new and I can tell I'm the first one to take any drivers out of the cabinet. Both of these are the RD0515-1/2 2 ohm drivers. The other 2 work just fine. Any help on getting this fixed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
