HTS 10 - Flashing red light

Hi all, I am having issues with my new HTS 10. Just after I turn on my system and I try watching something in 5.1 the sub's led will start flashing red and will not work, I then have to power cycle it twice (I think) before it seems to work correctly. It seems to be fine for the rest of the session. This seems to happen every time.
I'm using the LFE connection and I'm not using direct DC.
I would love to know if the sub is faulty or there is something that I am doing wrong! Cheers.

That flashing red LED usually means it’s entering a protection mode, likely due to a power or signal issue. Since it starts working after a couple of power cycles and stays fine during the session, the sub probably isn’t faulty but something is tripping it at startup
Try plugging it directly into a wall outlet instead of a power strip. Also, switch it from “auto-on” to “always on” if that option is available
