My first leap into separates was when I purchased the Outlaw 990 and Outlaw 7900 amplifier. Awesome sounding processor in it's day, rock solid performance as well. It's a shame they didn't wait and implement HDMI instead of DVI or I would still have mine. GLWS!

At this point in time there are many folks who make HDMI to DVI adapters. I bought not only an adapter but a HDMI to DVI cable for an older TV and Audio gear.
