Conenctivity Plok Signa S2 to Panasonic TV

We have inexplicably lost connectivity. There is power to both devices. We have pressed and held the "pairing" button on the back of the sub woofer but are unable to establish a connection. The green light flashes, beeps then goes out. Any suggestions please.
