PSW 108 Subwoofer - Not properly working

I have this product, and for some reason not working properly. I have it connected to a Yamaha AV receiver, and passed the subwoofer test while I was setting it up. (not as loud as I thought it could be).
What when I play any sound from any source (TV, Spotify, Netflix) subwoofer doesnt make any sound.
I have it connected with an RCA cable (red & white), while on the other end, only the red (or white) go to the receiver.
Thoughts?

If the sub produces sound when you do the setup procedure then the problem isn't with your connecting cable or the subwoofer. It has to be either there isn't any bass content in what you're playing (if you can play a CD or a DVD this would be a better test) or there's something amiss with your receiver (less likely).
