The volume is way too loud and I can't control it

Suddenly, my magnify started playing at a painful full volume. I can't control it with either the controls on the bar, the remote, or my TV remote. I have tried turning the power off for a while, resetting it, and controlling it with my google home app. Nothing works. What can I do?

LOL. Based on his description, it appears to be broken. Actually, I’m not sure what a ‘magnify’ is.

    I think it's a sound bar.

Sounds broke if even the controls directly on the thing don't work. Is it under warranty?
