Bluetooth connection

in Troubleshooting
My radio was working fine and connection was great then Samsung did an upgrade to my phone and it would not connect so we started all over and still no luck. Any suggestions as to what I should do?

    What gear are you working with?
    Bluetooth from phone to what?
    I disabled signatures.

    Dude we cannot help you if we have no idea what you are taking about. What model radio, what model phone, which firmware update, etc.
