CSi5 crossover help

So I noticed that my left driver wasn't as loud as the right driver. I took out both drivers and both measured at 2.1 Ohms. I took out the crossover and everything looked good, no burn marks on any resistors and no swelling caps. I put the right driver on the left crossover wires and the sound was lower, thus confirming the problem is with the crossover. I called Polk and they no longer make the crossover.
Any ideas? How can I test individual crossover components? All I have is a basic multimeter. I don't mind soldering. Here is a picture of the crossover. Thanks for any input.

The speaker is designed so that one driver plays slightly lower and with a different frequency range than the other to prevent comb filter. There is nothing wrong with your speaker.Political Correctness'.........defined
