PSW505 switches from red to green, and BASH am ok, but no sound

Our walk in customers have been few and far between as the Covid-19 rules keep folks at home, but one state employee brought in her sub for repair. I can see audio in two sections of U1 LM324, but replacing the IC did not restore operation. In looking at voltages, pin 14 is latched by a muting circuit with audio on 12 and 13, but DC is not equal on the two pins. Interesting note that the auto audio detect works fine. I've checked for bad solder and shorted capacitors, but I'm stumped. Any chance for a peek at the schematic? Audio is fine on U4. Q1 tests ok, but seems not to be switched, so it is related to Q1.
