Thanks for the link but it didn't help. I guess I have to call the PO because they show a photograph of my stuff in someone else's mailbox. They should contact them, they hired them not me.
The PO bit off more than they can chew taking the Amazon contract. -

You are correct. The sender is the one who is supposed to deal with the shipping service. Often the shipping company won’t even talk to the recipient. They do, but they’re not supposed to do so. They are only supposed to talk to the owner of the account number who shipped the item.Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.-John Wooden -
