Subwoofer PSW505 Stopped working

I bought a PSW505 from Amazon about 3 years back. It has stopped powering on all of a sudden. Kindly help.

I am based out of Mumbai, India. Can it be repaired here? I have seen on the internet that Polk Audio sends across replacement circuit boards to take care of this issue.

Also is possible to change the 110V circuit to a 220V circuit as India runs on 220V. Big Fan of Polk Audio Sound quality...
