Polk DSB1 Sound Bar, center channel cuts in and out

I have the DSB1 soundbar that was sold through Dish TV. The Dish technician installed the soundbar and it worked fine for 6 months or so. Now, I think the center channel is cutting in and out. When it cuts out, the dialogue is hard to hear.
