As Pioneer IMHO fell behind tech was which was sad because I was a huge fan. Marantz was upping there game and way ahead with the newest Dolby and immersive sound

Had a couple demo’s in a pro HT at my distribution plus a couple long convo’s with Marantz at CEDIA events in Dallas....sold sold sold

Enjoy Larry and pick it apart, you made the right choice

    What's a used SC-LX801 go for?

I’m not Sure but I would make someone here a great deal on it..

Original Box, 9 out of 10 only because it’s used, I’m the original owner, and have everything that came with it..

I am in need of an AVR and I was going to get a Marantz off A4L but it depends on what it's worth and if you can wait a bit. My income has taken a massive hit until things change.

It does 4K60 and HDR, that's all I need.

Very much contemplating the Marantz 7013 or 8012 to replace my non-Atmos 7005.

Love to hear your reviews Larry.
